Here are some more Red Velvet Cake Balls that I made. I was just playing around with the left over cake and chocolate from the first batch I did. I made these more colorful and kid oriented.
What I Used:
Red Velvet cake mix
Cream Cheese Icing
White Chocolate Chips
Pink & Yellow Icing Coloring
Rainbow sprinkles
Candy Sticks
I made these the same way as the Red Velvet Cake Balls. I learned while making these that you cannot add a non oil based color to melted chocolate or it will seize! Seized chocolate is almost a pasty like substance, and believe me you cannot coat these with seized chocolate. There a million different ideas I want to try with these things! I am officially addicted to making them I do believe.
