I ran across a picture similar to these and had to try to make them. They looked so cute and yummy. The other ones were on candy sticks with little bows.
What I Used:
Red Velvet Cake
Cream Cheese Icing
Melted milk chocolate chips
Rainbow sprinkles
Red m&ms
I iced the miniature cupcakes after letting them cool using star tip. I then drizzled the milk chocolate over and added some sprinkles. I allowed the chocolate to harden before adding the m&m to the top so it would not cave the icing in.
I love how they turned out. Hope you enjoy them too!!
