Eggnog, eggnog, eggnog! I may becoming obsessed!! It's just soooo yummy. I love fudge and I love eggnog, so eggnog fudge seemed like a genius idea to me. I also sprinkled nutmeg on top of some of the fudge to add that little extra spice that eggnog has to it.

Eggnog Cupcakes
It's fall! My absolute favorite time of year. With fall comes yummy desserts like pumpkin pie and eggnog. I love all things fall. Eggnog is a favorite of mine. I decided that an eggnog cupcake would be perfect! Let me be bias for a minute, these were delicious! The cupcake itself is eggnog flavored and the icing was a rum flavored butter cream. I then sprinkled some nutmeg on the top of them.

Strawberry Rose Cupcakes
These cupcakes were made and placed like a bouquet in a flower pot. They were made to look like pink roses. A combination of strawberry cake and strawberry icing. It was a gift for someone's birthday.

Cupcakes For Ethan
About a month ago a little boy named Ethan passed away. He was only 9 and had been battling leukemia for quite some time. It was his third bout with cancer when he became ill with pneumonia. He just wasn't strong enough to fight it off. In effort to raise money to help his family with all the expenses they were facing I decided to sell cupcakes. He loved rubber ducks which is why I placed little yellow candy melt ducks on the cupcakes.

Almond Joy Cupcakes
I made these for a friend a while back who was testing my cupcake abilities! I was asked to make an "Almond Joy Cupcake" so I took the challenge head on. They were a success not only to my friend to my mother and aunt as well as anyone else who tried them. If you don't like coconut these aren't for you! I made a basic devils food cake as the base. The icing was a cream cheese icing with added shredded coconut. I then covered them in melted milk chocolate and topped them with sliced almonds.

Candy Coated Marshmallows
These were made for my oldest son's class on Valentine's Day. We used large marshmallows and placed them on candy sticks. We coated them with candy melts of assorted colors and dipped them in sprinkles and sugar coatings.

Colorful Cupcakes
These milk chocolate cupcakes iced with a basic butter cream icing. I used neon dye to color the icing to match the cupcake liners. I also made some homemade chocolate fondant and cut little stars out to top some of the cupcakes. They're very bright and colorful.
